Join our recruitment informational session for the Population Analytics in an Aging Society training program. CAnD3 Director, Professor Amélie Quesnel-Vallée, our staff, and current Fellows will present the core components of the program and answer your questions about the application process. This will be a hybrid session. The online portion will be held on Zoom, and the in-person portion will be held at 2001 Av. ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ College Room 1201 (12th floor), ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ University in Montreal, Canada.

About the training program
Are you interested in putting what you are learning in your graduate program to work?
Become a CAnD3 Fellow and join our training program to complement your formal training in population research with highly marketable skills to support data-driven decision-making. You will receive an award of CA$5,000 for your participation in the program followed by an extra $1,250 upon completion and submission of deliverables. You will also get privileged access to competitive remunerated opportunities with partners in the private, non-profit and government sectors.

Eligibility criteriaÂ
- PhD candidate in population research (e.g. economics, demography, sociology, geography, political science, psychology, etc.). Master’s students and postdoctoral fellows will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Undergraduate students are unfortunately not eligible to apply. Â
- Confirmed availability on Wednesdays, from 9AM-2PM ET from September 2025Â to June 2026, and the capacity to devote an average of 5 hours per week to the training program.
- Must be enrolled with a CAnD3 academic partner due to the requirements of our funding agency. Each of our university partners is undergoing its own recruitment process. Please consult the 2025-26 application requirements to review your institution's recruitment process.Â
