Faculty of Engineering hosts this year’s Trottier Symposium

On September 16th, the Faculty of Engineering’s TISED and the institute l’énergie Trottier (EIT) hosted the , featuring speakers and , with moderation by .

The symposium, made possible through the support of Dr. Lorne Trottier, provides a forum for students, professors, government, and industry professionals to connect with the general public on advancements for sustainability through engineering and design

This year’s theme, “Lessons from a Pandemic: Solutions for addressing the Climate Change Crisis,” investigated what the COVID-19 pandemic could teach us about responding to the climate change emergency.
