Areas of interest:
Dr. Koski’s research examines how social issues influence women’s health. She uses quantitative analytic methods to measure the occurrence of risk factors and their relationship to health outcomes and to evaluate the impact of social policies. Her recent work has focused on child marriage in sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, and North America, and on harm reduction efforts in female genital cutting. She is also very interested in the ethics of global health interventions.
