Navigating Microaggressions in the Workplace

This interactive workshop is designed to equip participants with a greater understanding of what microaggressions are and how to intervene when they occur.

At end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Identify and differentiate between different types of microaggressions
  • Examine the link between microaggressions and systems of oppression
  • Consider how to foster environments which minimize the occurrence of microaggressions
  • Identify microintervention strategies for responding to microaggressions
