Neurodiversity at Work: Practical Tips for Thriving with ADHD in the Workplace

Wednesday, October 7, 2020 12:00to13:00

Presented by: Dr. Giuseppe Alfonsi, Associate Director – Inclusive Learning Supports, Office for Students with Disabilities

This talk will focus on a set of strategies that are essential for people with ADHD who want to improve their well-being and sense of control. These include organizational strategies, proactively managing potential distractions, and keeping anxiety levels under control. The goal is not to fight against your ADHD but to create a system in which you are naturally more productive.
