Marlene Tawfik
Biography: 

Marlene is a Mediation and Investigation Advisor at the Office for Mediation and Reporting (OMR) in the Office of the Provost and Vice-Principal (Academic). Reporting to Sara Pierre, she provides information about ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ’s Policy on Harassment and Discrimination and ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ's Policy against Sexual Violence and carries out investigations as well as mediations under the Policy on Harassment and Discrimination. Marlene is a Lawyer (ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ BCL/LLB'18) and Social Worker (ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ MSW'17) in good standing with the Barreau du Québec and the Order of Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists of Québec. Marlene has also made diverse and extensive contributions to community-based organizations including being a director of our very own Innocence ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ Legal Clinic during her studies.
