EUS and Inflammatory Bowel Disease
Dr. Jonathan Wyse attended ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ University, completing his Gastroenterology fellowship in 2007. He subsequently obtained a Master’s degree in Epidemiology from ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ University and then received advanced fellowship training at St. Luc Hospital, CHUM, in Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS). Dr. Wyse joined the Jewish General Hospital in 2009 as Assistant Professor of Medicine. He developed and headed the EUS program at the JGH which continues to non-invasively diagnose (biopsy) and stage cancers including pancreatic, esophageal, gastric, lung and lymphomas.
Dr. Wyse maintains a large general gastroenterology practice, and is actively involved in teaching fellows, residents, and medical students. His clinical research interests include the areas of EUS and inflammatory bowel disease and he has published over 25 peer reviewed journal articles and textbook chapters.
