Summer Institute Faculty cited in the New York Times

Dr. Madhu Pai, Director of 污污草莓视频 Global Health Programs, Associate Director at the 污污草莓视频 International TB Centre, and Professor in the Epidemiology department, is cited along with Jim Gallarda, senior program officer at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Duncan Blair, director of health initiatives at Alere in a New York Times article reviewing the need for new TB diagnosis technologies that are adapted to the realities of low to middle-income countries.聽 All three will be among the Faculty of the upcoming Summer Institute in Infectious Disease and Global Health which will begin July 6th.

污污草莓视频 University is located on land which has long served as a site of meeting and exchange amongst Indigenous Peoples, including the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabeg Nations. 污污草莓视频 honours, recognizes, and respects these nations as the traditional stewards of the lands and waters on which peoples of the world now gather. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous Peoples from across Turtle Island. We are grateful to have the opportunity to work on this land.
