Civil Justice Reform: An End to the Crisis?

Will the coming into force of the new Code of Civil Procedure put an end to the crisis currently faced by Quebec’s civil justice system? That question will be the theme of this year’s Think Ahead / Une pensée d’avance series of continuing legal education lectures, which will explore all facets of a reform that is of crucial importance not only for legal professionals, but also for society at large.

Come broaden your legal knowledge, network with colleagues and meet your continuing legal education obligations by registering for one or several of the lectures in the "Une pensée d’avance – Think Ahead" series.

Each three-hour conference in this series is $20. Online registration will open on September 26, at 10 am. /law/fc
