The event will cover the topics of the Qu茅bec-commissioned聽report on聽family聽law聽following the聽Eric v Lola聽decision, more specifically its potential effects on surrogacy聽(Me Tremblay),聽and聽on marriage聽and聽de facto unions (Professor Leckey). Lastly, Me Cohene will discuss the newCode of Civil Procedure's effects on the practice of聽family聽law聽in Qu茅bec.
