Last-passage percolation, polymers and integer partitions
In this talk I will discuss recent results concerning discrete probabilistic models, including last passage percolation and polymers. One common theme will be integer partitions and the Robinson-Schensted correspondence. Another is the KPZ universality conjecture about the fluctuations of certain observables of these models.
