Dale Goldhawk is a media specialist who has worked in print, radio and television for almost five decades.Ìý He was named Chair of Alzheimer’s Disease International (ADI) in 2021 after acting as Vice Chair for six years and serving as a Board member since 2006. He is past President of the Alzheimer Society of Canada and was awarded both the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal and the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal in recognition of his work with charities.Ìý
Mr. Goldhawk will talk about his career as a journalist and reveal what led him to become a passionate advocate in the field of dementia.Ìý
