Curious about simple ways to de-stress and stay balanced? Join MORSL and AUS Mental Health for a chill, creative-boosting session to practice wellness strategies and reconnect with the physical world!
- Practice easy breathwork techniques to boost your immunity and de-stress. No stress if you're new - this session is beginner-friendly and for everybody!
- Share your observations and thoughts through journaling and creative expressions. Come to cultivate gratitude and self-reflection in a fun way!
Note: Materials will be provided. Feel free to bring your own journal if you'd like! There will be two identical sessions (both on Tues., Mar. 26th) atÌý4:00-4:45pm and 5:00-5:45pm. Register for whichever one works for you!
We'll gather at MORSL’s Meditation Space, located at 3610 McTavish rm. 36-3 (third floor of the building).Ìý
MORSLÌý space is shoe-free, please take off your shoes before entering. We kindly ask that no food is brought inside.
