Employee and Family Assistance Program- EFAP, Service Provider

Federal departments and agencies in the core public administration are required to make available to employees a confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

An EAP provides free short-term counselling for personal or work-related problems as well as crisis counselling.

More than 90 federal departments and agencies receive theirÌýEAP services through Health CanadaÌýwhile other organizations provide this service internally or purchase it from the private sector.

How does work EFAP work at ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ ?

The EFAP is a free and confidential service offering short-term counselling and referral services. The EFAP usually can be accessed 24/7 by phone, web or mobile app. Upon contacting the EFAP, a consultation appointment with a qualified professional will be established.
