Join us for this special Holiday edition of Sieving for Small Fossils!

Learn how to sieve for small fossils with the Redpath Museum's paleontology technicianÌýChantal Montreuil. Once you have mastered the technique of sieving, closely examine your fossil under a dissecting microscope. Does it look different? Would you be able to identify it? Shark teeth, ray teeth, spines, fish scales... what will you find?

You can bring a smock or old shirt and prepare to get muddy!
