INVITED LECTURE by Jeffrey McCrossin
Facilitating Pathways of Resilience in Families of Neurodiverse Children
Jeffrey McCrossin is a Ph.D. candidate at the ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ School of Social Work, where he also completed an MSc(A) in Couple and Family Therapy (2019).
Prior to attending ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ, he earned his MSW at Carleton University (2012). He worked as a clinical social worker, couple and family therapist, and psychotherapist in community mental health and neurorehabilitation settings in his home province of Nova Scotia.

Jeffrey’s presentation, Facilitating Pathways of Resilience in Families of Neurodiverse Children, will provide an overview of his program of research, highlighting an example from his most recent work on caregiver peer support.
