Overview

English (CCE) : For students with little or no knowledge of English, classes will provide instruction in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Course content, including grammatical structures, phonetics and thematic vocabulary, is aimed at helping the students develop the basic linguistic and communicative skills required to operate in simple day-to-day situations. / Conçu pour les débutants, ce cours vise à apprendre aux étudiants à écouter, parler, lire et écrire en anglais à un niveau de base. Les contenus du cours, notamment la grammaire, la phonétique et un vocabulaire thématique, aideront les étudiants à développer les aptitudes linguistiques et communicatives de base dont ils ont besoin pour interagir dans des situations simples de la vie quotidienne.

  • 60 hours

  • Prerequisite: Entrance Placement Test or Permission of Program Director

  • Due to the intensive nature of this course, the standard add/drop and withdrawal deadlines do not apply. Add/drop is the second lecture day and withdrawal is the fourth lecture day.
