Sciences politiques : Influential traditions in political economy. Focus on how these attempted to integrate the economic and political. Application of economic analysis to social and political phenomena ("social choice"). Recent efforts to combine the deductive logic of economics with comparative empirical analysis of actors in different institutional settings. Extension to the international political economy.
