Dr. Burman is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ University and Orthopedic Surgeon at the ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ University Health Center, where he serves as the Clinical Director of the MUHC Orthopedic Sports Medicine Group, CTU Director of the MUHC Orthopedic Sports Medicine Service, and Director of the ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ Orthopedic Sports Medicine & Arthroscopy Fellowship Program.
He is a graduate of the ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ University Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program, and received further Subspecialty Fellowship Training in the areas of Sports Medicine, Arthroscopy & Shoulder Surgery at ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ University, University of Oklahoma & University of Toronto.
He has an interest in the orthopedic care of athletes of all ages and levels, from adolescent to aging athletes and from recreational weekend warriors to elite and professional athletes.
Dr. Burman currently serves as Team Physician and Head Orthopedic Surgeon for CF Montreal (MLS) ,Team Physician and Orthopedic Surgeon for the Montreal Alouettes (CFL), Orthopedic Surgeon for ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ University Athletics, as well as consultant for several Collegiate, National, and Olympic level Athletes.
