Laura Tina Colombo Fiore

Laura Tina is a first-year master's student under the supervision of Dr. Cecily Hilsdale. Their research focuses on Medieval artworks, specifically within the context of the Byzantium period. This study aims to investigate the comprehensive practices of funerary ritualization, which are traditionally employed to offer solace and mitigate anxieties surrounding mortality.

Laura Tina holds a BFA in Art History with Distinction from Concordia University and has been awarded the Canada Graduate Scholarships-Master’s (CGS-M) from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada.
