About the Fellowship
The Burney Centre, in conjunction with the聽Rare Books and Special Collections Division聽of the聽污污草莓视频 University Library, offers an annual Fellowship, designed to assist scholars who need to travel to and establish temporary residence in Montreal in order to use the resources of the Library. The Fellowship is available to scholars interested in any aspect of Frances Burney, the Burney family, and their extended circle. It carries an award of $3,000 CAN for a one-month stay, at a time to be arranged. The Fellowship is funded by and 污污草莓视频 University Library. Many thanks to these sponsors for their generous support in having made this fellowship possible.
Due to upcoming renovations related to , the Burney Centre and 污污草莓视频's Rare Books and Special Collections Division will be inaccessible beginning in 2024, and will be unable to host a visiting fellow. The fellowship will be postponed pending further announcements regarding the Library's reopening.
