International Relations), whose mandate includes oversight of the
ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ Animal Care and Use Program, on behalf of the
Vice-Principal.
Suzanne has risen through the ranks at ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ, working initially as
Coordinator of Animal Research, then as Research Ethics Officer
(Animal Studies), where she was responsible for reviewing and
approving research protocols, and most recently as Assistant
Director, ACO.
She has exhibited an unwavering commitment for ensuring that animal
care and use is carried out in accordance with the highest
standards. This dedication to excellence has earned her the respect
of the research community at ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ and its affiliated hospitals,
and of the Canadian Council on Animal Care (CCAC) - the national
peer review agency responsible for setting and maintaining
standards for the care and use of animals used in research,

In the role of Director, Suzanne will be responsible for providing
leadership and coordination of the administrative, support,

standards in the field.
