Advising and Tutoring

Academic Advising

Students are strongly encouraged to contact the Classical Studies Advisor in order to discuss their selection of courses, degree options and curricular requirements. Program students: please fill out a Classics program advising/audit sheet before you meet with the advisor, and keep the sheet in your records and for subsequent meetings. Program advising sheets can be found on the Classics program pages: here, if you entered ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ FA 2017 or later, or here if you entered ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ before FA 2017.


Classics Tutoring

Classical Studies usually offers special Ancient Language Tutoring for undergraduate students enrolled in introductory and intermediate ancient Greek and Latin courses. Check with your instructor in Greek or Latin or with the Classics undergraduate advisor for more information.

In addition, the Classics Student Association (CSA) regularly organizes tutoring, study groups, and mentoring sessions, as well as a variety of social activities. Contact the CSA for more information.
