Biography:
My research is motivated by my desire to contribute to global efforts in eliminating gender inequality in the workplace. Specifically, I use a combination of archival field studies, surveys, lab and online experiments to examine the role people’s gender and social network play in shaping their career chances and trajectories. With this work, I hope to shed light on the reasons women are disadvantaged at work and to identify effective strategies to promote equality and diversity in the workplace.
