Marcel Desautels Institute for Integrated Management

The MDIIM develops and fosters an integrated approach to management education in the Faculty and at ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ by driving cross-disciplinary teaching; integrating research, teaching and outreach initiatives; and encouraging different understandings of value to include economic, social and ecological concerns.

The MCCHE is a world-leading centre in promoting integrative and interdisciplinary solutions to diet-and lifestyle-related global health challenges. This approach seeks to control and prevent health problems in ways that stimulate economic growth, by enabling innovation and transformation in diet and lifestyle, as well as in agriculture, food and health value chains, markets and systems.

Business & Management Research Centre 

The B&MRC is an interdisciplinary research incubator that develops and funds a number of research initiatives like providing PhD students with seed grants and travel grants; hosting brownbag seminars; and more.

Centre for Strategy Studies in Organizations 

The CSSO, led by the Strategy and Organization area, promotes the execution and dissemination of research on issues such as the formation of strategic direction, innovation in organizational forms and practices, and the relationship between organizations and society.

Desmarais Global Finance Research Centre 

The DGFRC supports a nexus of dynamic research initiatives around unifying themes such as global financial markets, asset valuation, corporate finance, funds management, derivatives, and risk management.


Management Science Research Centre 

The MSRC, led by our Operations Management area, adopts a breadth of professional and academic expertise to improve business performance, supply chain efficiency, hazards reduction, and service revenues, enhancing the overall interactions between operations and other functional areas.

ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ Dobson Centre for Entrepreneurship

The ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ Dobson Centre is a hub for entrepreneurial activity at ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ University and in the greater Montreal community, through offering entrepreneurial education, undertaking entrepreneurial research, and providing resources that support and develop entrepreneurs, such as the ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ Dobson Cup Start-up competition.

ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ Institute of Marketing

The institute, led by the Marketing area, builds close relationships with a organizations in a wide variety of industries and works with them in providing an active forum where members can gather to exchange and cross-pollinate ideas and expertise on marketing-related issues.
