PhD Student Stephanie Leite, DISE, Awarded Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship
Congratulations to Stephanie Leite, a second-year PhD student with DISE's Leadership and Learning for Sustainability lab, who has been named one of the 2022 recipients of the prestigious Vanier CGS award. Vanier awards are granted to highly qualified doctoral students who demonstrate academic excellence, research potential, and leadership.
۲ݮƵ Education Grads Honoured at KEC Reception
A celebratory evening was held to celebrate the graduation of the 28 locals who completed their ۲ݮƵ University Bachelor’s of Education studies on October 22. The graduates were a part of a special program where they studied in the Kahnawake, with instructors from the community.

۲ݮƵ’s Faculty of Education, Philip Cutler, BEd’13, created the company Paper, which he co-founded with Roberto Cipriani, BSc’08. It quickly became one of the largest online tutoring services in the U.S., hired by public school districts in over 30 states, as well as four provinces in Canada, to assist their students (mostly middle school and high school).
