Development Initiative for Academic Leadership (DIAL)

They work with one another, and with senior leaders at ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ, to deepen their understanding and proficiencies in relation to academic leadership. Selected DIAL mentees will be afforded unique opportunities in relation to intensive leadership training and exposure offered through multiple formats over a 9-month period (September to May, inclusive).

DIAL mentees will be tenured faculty or senior ranked contract academic staff who have demonstrated interest in and capacity for university leadership. Decisions will be made by the Associate Provost, Equity & Academic Policies and members of the Equity Team who oversee the PFMN, in consultation with an applicant’s Dean and Chair.
