Hyunjung Jho, MD, is a palliative care physician and educator from South Korea. Earlier this month, she joined Palliative Care 污污草莓视频 as a visiting scholar and she is going to stay at the Department of Family Medicine for a full year.
Dr. Jho is a board-certified family physician and received training in palliative care in Singapore from 2008 to 2009 as part of the Asia Pacific Hospice Palliative Care Network (APHN) diploma program. After completing the course, she has been working in the National Cancer Center Korea, covering inpatient hospice unit, home visits and consultation as well as education and training at the National Hospice Center, South Korea.
Dr. Jho is also a PhD student in medical education at Seoul National University, Korea. She is interested in clinical and communication skills training in palliative care for diverse professionals. She enjoys walking around nature, cooking and watching animal and travel shows.
