Julia Milad

Julia recently completed her B.A. in Psychology at ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ University. She is currently a research assistant at the Health Psychology lab. Her research interests are mindfulness, emotion regulation, and eating disorders.

She recently completed her undergraduate research project with the Health Psychology Lab about the effectiveness of a mindfulness-based intervention in reducing negative emotions and cravings of emotional eaters. She is currently involved in an empirical review of the study of the self within the mindfulness literature.

Julia also volunteers as an overnight crisis responder with Kids Help Phone. In her spare time, she enjoys going on hikes and exploring new cafes!
