Registration & Fees
All new students accepted must confirm on Slate that they have accepted their offer of admission before they can register for their program of admission.

PLEASE NOTE: The M.A. program (45 credits) requires the completion of a minimum of 2 semesters of course work and a thesis.ÌýThe program may be completed during three terms of residence (required by ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ University) the last of which may be the fall or winter semester of the second year following registration.ÌýFull fees will be charged for each term of residence and you should plan to budget accordingly. Should you require more than three terms to complete your program, you will then be charged fees for an additional session (MA thesis). Residency requirements for an MA thesis degree at ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ consist of 3 full time terms. Information on fees is available on the Student AccountsÌý·É±ð²ú²õ¾±³Ù±ð.
MA Thesis Program Progression
Please refer to the GPS Grid which displays the program progression (full-time/continuing/additional session status) applicable to graduate students who are admitted to a Master’s degree and who remain registered/continuing in their program until degree requirements are completed. This will help you determine your fee structure and status for each year as fees drop when you enter "additional session" status.
Withdrawal & Leaves of Absence
Should your circumstances change after registration (e.g., you withdraw from the university or require a leave of absence), please get in touch with the GPC as soon as possible. There are important deadline dates to adhere to and forms to be completed which we can help you with in order to avoid being charged fees for the year. Refer to the Calendar of Dates.
