Planning your Life Outside of Work (Online)
Offered by the Health and Wellness Program as part of the 14th Annual Health and Wellness Fair
Note: This workshop was first developed for people who recently retired or were considering retirement.
You’ve reached the pinnacle of your career—but are you truly at the pinnacle of your life? Are you healthy, happy, and fulfilled beyond your professional achievements? Think about the time you’ve invested in honing your skills and advancing your career. Now, it’s time to apply that same dedication to planning your life outside of work, or beyond, especiallyÌýif retirement is on your mind.
Letting go of your work identity can be challenging and many people struggle to envision who they will be without. In this workshop, we dive more deeply into reimagining yourself and life outside of work including:
- Recognizing what you want to bring from work into life outside of work;
- Rediscovering personal strengths, motivations/needs and interests;
- Identifying priorities for maximizing happiness and fulfillment outside of work;
- How you might want to invest your time to achieve your goals, including the big and little things you want to make time for.
