Volunteering with Innocence ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ

Are you passionate about criminal law? Would you like to contribute to your community in a meaningful and practical way? Are you a student at ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ’s Faculty of Law? Apply to volunteer with us!Ìý

Our volunteers work on two fronts, namely fulfilling roles within the Casework and Outreach teams. The Casework team, supervised by experienced criminal defence attorneys, investigates claims of wrongful conviction, whilst the Outreach team is tasked with planning and promoting events aimed at raising awareness about wrongful convictions.

Hiring is done at the beginning of the fall semester, for the fall-winter semesters, and again at the end of the winter semester, to fill roles for the summer semester.Ìý Please note that we only consider applications from ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ Law students.

If you would like more information about volunteer positions, you can send us an innocence.law [at] mail.mcgill.ca (subject: Volunteering%20with%20Innocence%20ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ%20) (email). You can also keep an eye out on our pages to keep up to date with calls for applications.
