REMINDERS:
- NOTICE FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT WORK AT 3605 MOUNTAIN: Room booking requests should not be sent more thanÌý6 weeksÌýin advance of your event date
- If you do not work at 3605 Mountain, please be advised that meeting set-up beginsÌýno earlier than 8am; should your event be scheduled as of 4:00 PM, extending beyond 6:00 PM, you may be required to hire a security guard at your own expense.
- A security guard can by hired by contacting (514.398.4556)
- Event catering is permitted
- Please have a delegate to receive the goods
- Also, a delegate to clean up after the event
- If you will be serving alcohol at your event, please ensure that you obtain an alcohol permit from Events Bookings.
- If you are not from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, please contact Special Events (special.events [at] mcgill.ca) to request a room.
