AOS has two seminar series. The Departmental Seminars and the Student Seminars.
We run an exciting Departmental Seminar Series. The series brings together experts from across the globe- academics, scientists, researchers, and professionals from the broader climate and oceanic sciences industry- in a forum that allows broad discussion of research as well as recent advances and developments in the field of climate studies, mathematics, physics, systems modelling, oceanography, etc and its application to current issues. Topics presented represent the wide-range of research interests at the department. The seminars are held  throughout the year on Mondays usually at 11:00am in room 934 of Burnside Hall (unless otherwise stated). To access the schedule of departmental seminars, please select the Departmental Seminars from the menu on the left.Â
