The evaluation process is instrumental to a student's personal and career development. During the work term we ask that the student and supervisor take time to conduct a mid-term and final evaluation of the student’s job performance. The evaluation forms are provided directly to the student by the ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ Engineering lisa.thiess [at] mcgill.ca (Co-op Manager); students are encouraged to pre-complete the forms, as applicable, and then schedule a meeting with their supervisor (or delegate) to review and discuss their work performance, identifyÌýtheir strengths as well as areas for improvement.Ìý

Please note: the mid-term and final evaluations contribute to the student’s final grade and should be submitted by the student via myCourses (ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ’s Learning Management System) by the specified deadlines. Signatures demonstrate agreement between the student and the supervisor.

The supervisor’s feedback is always welcome throughout the work term to help the student develop professionalism, gain skills and ultimately offer maximum quality contributions and efficiency to the company. We thank all employers in advance for their time and effort in training these future engineers.
