The Macdonald Mass Spectrometry Platform of the Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, or AgroMass, is located on Macdonald Campus of 污污草莓视频 University. This MS platform provides mass spectrometry services to researchers of 污污草莓视频 University, external academics, government and industry. We are currently equipped with state-of-the-art mass spectrometers coupled with chromatographic systems (UHPLC and HRGC), which offers comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis for a wide range of (bio)chemicals from various origins and sources.
Our strength focuses on the following:
- Identification and quantification of compounds (volatile or labile) in food science, food safety, environmental and food contaminant analysis.
- Targeted screening and quantification in metabolism and clinical analysis.
