Suicide prevention week is Feb. 1-7

Approximately 11 people will end their lives by suicide today in Canada, according to the Canadian Association for Suicide Prevention. Because awareness is essential to ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ this behaviour and understanding why people consider suicide and attempt to take their own lives, Suicide Prevention Week is taking place February 1-7.
