Account names should be as follows - if possible: "ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ" followed by the faculty, department or unit name, ie "ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵScience"; "ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵBio"; "ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵMed"; "ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵMedAcad"; "ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵLib"; etc. Try to keep same name across different social media platforms so it's recognizable. ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ's coat-of-arms, shield, or signature should not be used as avatar for the account.
The ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ name on social media accounts are reserved for use by ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ units and should not be used by individuals, employee or student groups without express permission.
