You can click on the “Take a break” icon at any point during training to be guided through a 5-5 breathing technique if you’re feeling overwhelmed or just need a break It will open in a separate window, it won’t affect your progress, and it’s a great way to pause and ground yourself while reviewing the content of the program.

How do I attain a “complete” for the program?
There are five modules in the program. A learning check will appear at the end of each module. You will notice it says “quiz”, but don’t worry! It’s simply our way of ensuring you work through all five modules of the training. Remember, the point of the learning checks is less about getting it right the first time and more about understanding why a response is the right one.
To achieve a “complete” for the training, follow these steps:
-
Review every section of each module to get to the learning check.
-
Answer all four questions of the learning check for each five modules.
