MCGILL UNIVERSITY INTEGRATED GRADUATE PROGRAM IN NEUROSCIENCE

The ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ University Integrated Graduate Program in Neuroscience Graduate Research Enhancement and Travel Awards provide students with $500 can request funds for travel to national and international conferences to present the results of their work or for travel to other labs to learn new techniques and expand research skills.

QUEBEC PAIN RESEARCH NETWORK

The QPRN Student Conference Support Program provides grants for students to present abstracts at national and international conventions. A student may only apply once every fiscal year (April-March), with awards being capped at a maximum of $1,000.Eligible students must be supervised by a regular member of the QPRN. Two competitions are held annually: Competition 1: Deadline is March 1st for an eligibility period of April 1st to September 30th. Competition 2: Deadline is September 1st for an eligibility period of October 1st to March 31st.

The Canadian Pain Society, American Pain Society, Society for Neuroscience and International Association for the Study of Pain all offer travel awards to trainees to attend their annual or bi-annual conferences.
