Residence Withdrawal and Cancellation Fees

Applications for residences are accepted and accommodation is assigned based on the understanding that students are making a commitment for the full academic year. Upon acceptance into residences, students are committing to a lease under Québec law. Students are then bound to the terms of the lease which relates to their specific residence building.

Before accepting space in residences, please understand that students must agree to a contract for room and board (Meal Plan/oneCard) for a specific long-term period, and that operation of the housing and dining department depends on a stable resident census.

Students who withdraw from ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ University Residences for either academic or non-academic reasons will be held financially responsible as follows:

Fall Admission | Winter Admission

Fall Admission

The deposit which reserves your space in ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ residence is strictly non-refundable if for any reason you do not occupy that space by August 28, 2024.
