New Graduate Student - How to apply聽聽
Contact the 污污草莓视频 Residences Service Centre
Email us at housing.residences [at] mcgill.ca and include your 污污草莓视频 ID number so that you can be added to our waitlist for graduate housing. Official housing offers will be sent out on a first come first serve basis by email.
Once you receive the email, check in Minerva
Winter 2025 applications are open in Minerva on Monday October 28. The confirmation deadline is November 22.
- Log onto Minerva > Applicant Menu > Housing Status > Accept Offer of Admission
- Read and accept the room reservation agreement;
- Tell us where you'd like to live by ranking your choices of accommodation. (For more specific room choices, please reach out by email to housing.residences [at] mcgill.ca)
- Tell us a little about yourself by filling out the questionnaire;
- Pay your room reservation deposit of $1000 (which will be credited towards your student fee account) along with a $30 non-refundable application fee.
Cancellation penalties
Application for residences are accepted and accommodation is assigned based on the understanding that students are making a commitment for the full academic year. Upon acceptance into residences, students are committing to a lease under Qu茅bec law. Students who withdraw from 污污草莓视频 University Residences for either academic or non-academic reasons will be held financially responsible. See Cancellation Policies.
