Registration

Registration

Non-ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ students wishing to register for credit courses during the Summer term should consult the Summer Studies website at mcgill.ca/summer for further instructions.

Returning ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ students who wish to register for credit courses during the Summer term should do so online using Minerva.

For further information on fees for Summer term credit courses, please refer to the Student Accounts website for Summer tuition and fees. Full payment for non-credit courses, seminars, and workshops is due at the time of registration. Course Cancellations and Withdrawals

For non-credit courses, Faculty Partnerships and Summer Studies reserves the right to cancel courses prior to the first lecture due to low enrolment.

For the cancellation policy for credit courses, please refer to University Regulations and Resources > Continuing Studies > Registration for Continuing Studies Students > Course Withdrawals and Refunds.

FPSS Short Programs (Summer and Winter: non-credit with record of study)

Faculty Partnerships and Summer Studies reserves the right to cancel courses prior to the first lecture due to low enrolment. Otherwise, FPSS will only refund students who have received a Visa refusal letter from Immigration Canada. For refund, ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ University must receive a copy of the refusal letter from Immigration Canada. Letters must be sent to shortprograms.scs [at] mcgill.ca.

Withdrawals (without refund) will be possible within 5 days of the start of the program. After this date, requests must be made in writing to shortprograms.scs [at] mcgill.ca and will only be granted in extenuating circumstances.

FPSS Activities (events, out-of-town excursions, etc.)

Please note that FPSS activities are non-refundable.

In all cases, if no notice is given prior to the start of the course and a student fails to attend, the student will be liable for the full course fee. Failure to attend classes does not constitute a cancellation or withdrawal from the course.
