Prepare for Your First Visit

To all patients who have had investigations conducted at an institutionÌýother than the MUHC,Ìýit is absolutely necessary that youÌýbring a CD of all recent scans relevant to the issue under investigationÌýto your first visit;Ìýthis includesÌýCT/PET scans, MRIs and/or ultrasounds. In addition, please bring with you the following (applicable) documents:

Suspected lung cancers

  • Biopsy results/Pathology report
  • CT Chest/Abdomen/Pelvis scan results
  • CT Head/MRI Brain scan results (if applicable)
  • PET Whole Body scan results
  • Pulmonary Function Test
