The Brace Water Centre isÌýgoverned by central belief that water is a common resource for humanity and therefore requires people to work collectively locally, nationally, and internationally.
The Centre brings together staff from several ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ faculties, to undertake research, teaching, specialized training, and policy and strategic studies in water resources management, both in Canada and internationally. ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ is one of Canada's most comprehensive and research-intensive universities and the Centre draws on a wide range of expertise and facilities available within the University.ÌýThe Center supports innovations in research, education, and societal development as well as entrepreneurship related to water.

- To catalyze and support multidisciplinary research that provides innovative scientific and social solutions to global water challenges;
