The Office of the Vice-President, Communications and Institutional Relations ensures the administration of CIR’s teams, and supports the Vice-President’s objectives and day-to-day activities.
Integrated Strategy and Planning (ISP) creates strategic communications and marketing plans to engage ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ’s stakeholders and raise the University’s overall visibility.
Integrated Communications coordinates communications resources and tactical capabilities, both within the Communications and Institutional Relations portfolio and across ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ.
Community Relations strengthens ties and nurtures harmonious relations between ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ and its neighbouring communities.
The Institutional Communications team provides strategic advice for communicating and promoting ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ’s leading institutional and academic research initiatives. We work alongside the general public, partners, stakeholders and media all over the world, and the entire ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ community.
We provide professional linguistic services to administrative units, faculties and departments as well as establish the official ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ terminology.
The Government Relations team ensures ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ’s visibility and influence with the governments of Montreal, of Quebec, and of Canada, in support of the University’s academic mission and priorities.
The Graphic Design and Multimedia team delivers polished, creative products that add impact to your communications. Our in-house studios prioritize solutions that are innovative and simple, so that your ideas are articulated in a compelling format.
Working closely with ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ’s Information Technology unit, the Digital Communications team develops and executes an integrated digital outreach and engagement strategy to promote ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ’s brand and support ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ’s mission.
