Professor Campbell is an Associate Professor and the Associate Dean (Graduate Studies) for the Faculty of Law at ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ. Her research and teaching focuses on law’s engagement with families, and the way in which family and community relationships might impact health and wellbeing outcomes, particularly for women and children. Professor Campbell’s previous work has explored the way in which legislation and policy affects the rate and manner of court use within child welfare systems. She has also examinedÌýhow alcoholism and drug addiction are understood in the medical and scientific literature, as contrasted with the way in which Quebec courts treat parental substance addiction in evaluating child custody matters. Professor Campbell is the author ofÌýtheÌýrecently publishedÌýbook,ÌýÌý(Ashgate 2013).
