How are you monitoring or evaluating your progress as an academic physician?
The department鈥檚 performance dialogue/annual review is a great place to start. The performance dialogue is a chance for you to monitor your progress, evaluate where you are at, and set new goals. As part of the performance dialogue, you should update your academic dossier.
