ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ offers a secure version of Microsoft Copilot that protects our data using Commercial or Enterprise Data Protection (secure). Microsoft Copilot, formerly known as Bing Chat or Bing Chat for Enterprise, is an AI tool built into Microsoft Edge.Ìý
By engaging with the Microsoft Copilot AI chatbot, you can:Ìý
- Get answers to your questionsÌýÌý
- Summarize long online documents in Microsoft EdgeÌý
- Generate content such asÌýtext, images, and more!Ìý
IMPORTANT: Ensure you are using the Commercial or Enterprise Data Protection (secure) of Microsoft Copilot.ÌýÌý
There are two different versions of Microsoft Copilot, and it is important to know which one you’re using.Ìý
- The Commercial or Enterprise Data Protection (secure) version conforms with the University’s privacy and data protection standards and can be securely used when signed in.ÌýÌý
- The public version of Microsoft Copilot does NOT conform to the University’s privacy and data protection standards and should not be used for ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ-related purposes.Ìý

When logged in with your ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ credentials, look for the shield icon or checkmark indicating that you are logged into the Commercial or Enterprise Data Protection (secure) of Microsoft Copilot.Ìý
