Biography
VÃctor M. MUÑIZ-FRATICELLI is Associate Professor of Law and Political Science at ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ University. He received his PhD in Political Science from the University of Chicago (2008) and his JD from the University of Puerto Rico (1999) and clerked at the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico.
His interests range across philosophy, politics, and law. He is the author ofÌýÌý(Oxford 2014) and several articles on legal and political pluralism, church-state relations, intergenerational justice, constitutionalism, and theories of justice. His current work concerns political theology and the institutional dimensions of freedom of religion freedom, especially religious schooling.
In 2019, heÌýreceived a New Directions FellowshipÌýfrom The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.
